Where does the driver meet me at Luton?

Inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it. You do not need to call anyone or walk to a car park.

Is there a charge if my flight is delayed?

No. We move the pickup to the actual landing time, and the price you agreed does not change.

Can you take more than four passengers from Luton?

Yes. Pick a larger class when you book and the fixed price covers the whole car, not a seat.

Where we meet you

Luton has a single terminal, so there is no terminal to get wrong. That makes it the simplest of the London airports to be met at: you walk out of arrivals and your driver is there.

What every transfer includes

Met inside arrivals

Your driver is in the hall with a sign carrying your name, and takes the bags to the car.

Your flight is tracked

The pickup follows the real landing time, so a delay costs you nothing and an early arrival is met early.

The price is fixed

Agreed before you travel and unchanged after. No meter, and no surge at night or in traffic.
